The summer 2014 series Aldnoah Zero, which comes from Gen Urobochi of Madoka Magica and Psycho-Pass fame, continues to dish out small teasers to pique our interest rather than going all out with a big piece. The latest piece has the official site updating with a new teaser TV spot that clocks in at 15 seconds that utilizes some good instrumental music while showing off more of the locations and action pieces. Set up at A-1 Pictures and TROYCA, the series is set to be directed by Ei Aoki with Takako Shimura handling the character designs while Kenji Teraoka will be dealing with the mecha designs. With the original story by Urobochi, Katsuhiko Takaama will be handling the series composition overall.

The series stars Natsuki Hanae, Kensoi Ono and Sora Amamiya.

Plot concept: “Let justice be done. Though the heavens fall.” In 1972, a hypergate was discovered on the surface of the moon. But then, humankind came into contact with beings from Mars, leading to war.
