With the news earlier this week about the Marvel Universe block on Disney XD, it’s the perfect time to roll out some much needed footage of the new Ultimate Spider-Man series that will debut in it on April 1st. With Spider-Man being one of the long time go-to’s when it comes to Marvel animation on TV, there’s been the question of whether a new series needs to be done after the previous one was doing so well, but it fits in with the more cohesive planning going into this particular block and the theatrical side of the comic book adaptations as well with the live action movies. So with a lot of things hitting this summer, a new Spidey toon definitely should do well. Check out the new trailer and additional clips that have been released.
