While there’s no huge progress in the production for The Wolverine, Fox has formally set the date for it now as the feature will land on July 26th, 2013. The production has definitely taken its time to get here and gone through number of changes across the board but especially with the director. The feature is set to be directed by James Mangold with Hugh Jackman returning to the role based on a script by Christopher McQuarrie with a few tweaks since then by the team that’s come on board to bring it all together. The film will be going up against previously announced releases with Dirty Dancing and Disney’s Phineas And Ferb movie.
